Training
“In some contexts, as in the public ones, there are Education titles with “legal value” that allow access to certain places or guarantee a certain score for the career, while elsewhere the same titles are not recognized and their value is limited to the skills that made it possible to acquire them. These competences, however, do not have an “absolute value” but only a value relative to the specific market where they are placed. We are not faced with the presentation of documents proving ownership of competence, but with the attribution of value through the exercise thereof. “(Aurelio Iori). Â A training built “ad hoc”, even if mediated, can not go through obvious and glaring “path of errors “as pointed out in a note of the Ministry of March 2008 that was sent to universities to address the rampant anomalies of training “comfortably made with a computer”. The academic route requires necessary and inevitable steps, starting with the possession of a five-year High School Diploma. But who fulfilled those requirements among the people that present titles that were only partly deserved? The training, particularly training dedicated in sensitive areas, requires specific and serious legitimacy, and routes that have evolved over time and elastic analysis, immediate evaluation and targeted solutions. But who is in possession of this type of training? The compromises can not last forever. In business logic, after “convenient positions” falsely placed in a contests, are grabbed with titles, the development of situation that cannot be managed only with the continuing waste of public money is unavoidable. As the famous poet Stanislaw J. Lec said, “some people leave the scene after exhausting the words written by others”, so the tree of wisdom sits waiting for better times; times in which organizational phenomenon will be able to finally evolve in a cultural phenomenon capable of understanding the social environment and the value the people that operate within the organization on the basis of “needs” of the individuals, and of the necessary organizational development (currently slowed by continuous robberies and by vulgar fabrications covered up as professional solidarity), with technological development, deserved painful qualification, and future planning.
